The Anjuli Method is a labor of love, crafted from years of experience and research. It is a compass that leads you to a felt experience of your soul's inner knowing and connectedness with the world.

The Method is comprised of three phases: Stabilize, Heal, and Transform. These phases give you information and tools to stabilize your nervous system, learn to heal and nourish yourself, and transform pain into spiritual gold.

Within each phase, you start where you are, and then continue to explore deeper levels as you grow and change. The process starts with physical and mental patterns and continues to build your understanding of your emotional, energetic, and spiritual levels of being. Harnessing this new awareness to build a more resilient, joyful, and meaningful life.

Stabilize Phase

In the Transform phase, you will learn how to transform your pain into spiritual gold and find freedom and calm regardless of life's circumstances.
